Con más de 3 generaciones de historia, nuestra bodega es una de las bodegas más antiguas del Ribeiro. Fundada por Elisa Collarte, la primera mujer «colleiteira», la bodega se encuentra ubicada en el pueblo de San Andrés, cerca de Ribadavia, a las orillas del río Ávia. En sus cerca de 10.000 metros cuadrados se dan cita los métodos más tradicionales de elaboración con las técnicas más vanguardistas.
